Your Question:

Dear Experts,

Hi, ive never had sex and i have never had any sexual contact besides kissing with another person. Im only 15 and i had these little tiny white rashes on my penis ever since i was 13. I'm very worried that they might be genital herpes or any sort of STD. These rashes are barely bumps.. they are only really tiny spots that are grouped together in random areas on my penis

The Answer:

Dear acmc0110,

Some guys have bumps called "pearly penile papules" on their penises, which are normal growths that appear around the base of hair follicles. Also, another fairly common condition is infection of the sebaceous glands, or simply put, pimple-like growths. Both conditions are not unusual, but it is best to be evaluated by a clinician to determine a diagnosis and treatment, if any is necessary.
