Your Question:

Dear Experts,

i know men ejaculet is semen and sperm, but what is women ejaculet made of?

tricat92

The Answer:

Dear tricat92,

Ejaculation is much more common in men than in women. In men, ejaculation is when semen spurts out of the erect penis. Most of the time, a man will have an orgasm at the same time he ejaculates, but he may occasionally have an orgasm without ejaculating, or ejaculate without having an orgasm.

About 10 percent of women ejaculate — they sometimes spurt a clear fluid from the urethra during intense sexual excitement or during orgasm. Their ejaculate is a fluid that is very similar to the fluid produced by the prostate gland in men. The "prostatic" fluid in women may be secreted by the Skene's glands located in the vulva near the opening of the urethra. These glands, though much smaller than the male prostate, are similar enough in function that some scientists are considering renaming them "female prostate" glands.

Other glands may also be involved in female ejaculation. But unlike a man's ejaculate, a woman's ejaculate does not contain sperm.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
