i have a fair sized white lump on my outer labia. It looks like a cyst or a white head, and it isnt going away. there is only one, and there has only been one for a few weeks. is it possible that it it can be herpes? if not, are there any other possibilities?

We can't tell you over the Internet whether you have a sexually transmitted infection diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections requires a physical examination and/or laboratory tests.
The lump could be a cyst, a skin tag a growth from a cut or tear a genital wart, or some other growth, such as molluscum contagiosum, which might appear in similar ways.
