Your Question:

Dear Experts,

I'm 13 and a girl. How do i masturbate? i've tried it but it didnt feel that great. i dont think i'm doing it right.

notyou

The Answer:

Dear notyou,

Masturbation is touching one's own sex organs for pleasure. By exploring our own bodies visually and by touch, we can learn more about ourselves and what feels good to us sexually. Young women who have not ever had an orgasm may want to try to masturbate to orgasm to learn what pleases them. It may take several different sessions to achieve orgasm.

Masturbation can be a safe and healthy way to explore and enjoy your body. It has no harmful physical or emotional effects. In fact, it has a number of physical and mental health benefits, including releasing stress and physical tension. But it's not for everyone. Some people don't enjoy masturbation. And some only enjoy it at various points in their lives.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
