No. It isn't possible to get pregnant from grinding — dancing with bodies pressed against each other. Even if a guy's penis leaked pre-ejaculate, the pre-ejaculate wouldn't be able to get through layers of clothes. Pregnancy is only possible if ejaculate or pre-ejaculate gets in the vagina or on the vulva.
