Your Question:

Dear Experts,

Is it true that if a guy doesnt masturbate enough they have more of a chance of a wet dream?

smooches10

The Answer:

Dear smooches10,

Guys tend to have wet dreams less often if they ejaculate while they're awake, either from masturbation or sex play with a partner. Wet dreams are one of the ways the body gets rid of semen that builds up. Wet dreams are healthy and natural and, usually, pleasant — they're nothing to be embarrassed about. Most teenagers have them, and a lot of adults have them, too.

Some people masturbate daily or more than once a day, some people masturbate once in a while, and some people never masturbate. It's a matter of personal preference.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
