Penis size is a major concern of men of all ages. And while it is true that penis size does matter to some potential sex partners, for most people it is pretty low on the list of reasons to have a sexual relationship with anyone.

There's no quick way to permanently increase penis size. Most medical authorities agree that vacuum pumps and other gadgets that are advertised to lengthen the penis don't work. Penises come in all different shapes and sizes. We are all very different and that's normal. Potential partners have all kinds of different preferences, too. Some like smaller penises.
