Your Question:

Dear Experts,

How can i talk to a girl i like without looking stupid. what r some right things to say to let her know i like her. i have no game what so ever help me out please.

delucio910

The Answer:

Dear delucio910,

Believe it or not — you don't have to have "game" to let a girl know that you're interested in her. And there aren't any rules about the "right" or "wrong" things to say, either. Although getting to know someone — whether you're crushing on her or not — might seem really difficult, it's a lot easier than you think.

Here are a few pointers to get you started:

Think about some things you have in common with the person you're interested in. Do you go to the same school? Are you in any of the same classes? Do you know if she likes a certain kind of music you like? Do you have any mutual friends?

Once you've identified something you think you have in common or want to talk about, try to find a time when you can be alone or have some privacy. You may even want to give her a call or send her an e-mail or IM.

You might want to consider asking her to do something with you and your other friends that could be fun or interesting, like going to a movie, the park, or a concert. This way you have some time to get to know each other without being alone with each other — which might make it a more comfortable way to start.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
