Sure. Kissing is arousing for many people. When a guy gets sexually aroused, the erectile tissue in his penis relaxes. Blood flows into it at a faster rate than it flows out (called vasocongestion). This causes the penis to get larger and harder. This is an erection, sometimes called a hard-on or a boner. The same kind of thing happens for girls. Vasocongestion in women swells the clitoris and lips of the vulva and causes lubrication of the vagina.
