Your Question:

Dear Experts,

can i work out when i get my period?

s_a_e_mah

The Answer:

Dear s_a_e_mah,

Definitely! It's actually a really good idea to exercise before and during your period. Exercising releases natural painkillers called endorphins, which can help minimize menstrual discomfort. There's no need to change your workout routine when you have your period. Pads can be used, although some people may prefer to use tampons when working out.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
