Your Question:

Dear Experts,

If you use a lubed condom does the lubed part or the dry part go on your penis?

big_stud

The Answer:

Dear big_stud,

When using a lubricated condom, the lubricated side should be facing out and the dry side should be touching the penis. Some people also put a few drops of lubricant inside of the tip of the condom before rolling it down over the penis to increase sensation. Remember, use only water-based lubricants, like Astroglide or K-Y jelly with latex condoms. Products that contain oil — like Vaseline or body lotion — will work against the condom, because oil damages the latex, making it more likely to break.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
