Your Question:

Dear Experts,

Everyday I strap on a shirt and then all you see is these 2 big nipples sticking through the shirt. They are hard and all the girls make fun of me for being "hard". Why are my nipples always hard 24/7. why is this happening it's embarrasing!

Shreweddud

The Answer:

Dear Shreweddud,

It's normal for both men's and women's nipples to get erect ("hard") in response to cold or to stimulation — either sexual or nonsexual (like rubbing up against fabric). It's nothing to be embarrassed about, but if it makes you uncomfortable, you may want to wear a thicker shirt, or a t-shirt underneath your clothes. Sometimes extra fabric can keep nipples from showing through clothing.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
