Yes. Pregnancy can happen when ejaculate or pre-ejaculate gets in the vagina or on the vulva, whether it occurs on "dry land" or in the water.

If a young woman is worried that she might be pregnant, the first thing she needs to do is find out for sure if she is — by either taking a home pregnancy test (available at any drugstore or pharmacy) or by going to a health clinic for testing.
