The Answer:

Dear jammer_13,

Unfortunately, there's no quick trick to increasing the size of a woman's breasts. Think about why you feel your breasts are "too small." Are you comparing them to supermodels, who may have breast implants and are often computer-enhanced in fashion magazines? Are you being teased by other people? The fact is that the average bra size of the American woman is about a 36C, but breasts come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. We are all very different, no matter what — and that's normal.

Many girls feel anxiety over breast development. For some, it seems to happen too soon and it is embarrassing. Others are frustrated that it doesn't happen soon enough. Many girls worry that their breasts won't be the size they want or expect. During puberty, girls' breasts begin to get fuller. Though girls may start puberty as early as age eight, the body may continue to change and develop throughout their teen years.

Many women and their partners are perfectly happy with small breasts. Small breasts can be just as sensitive as large breasts and can respond to stimulation and provide sexual pleasure. Small breasts can also breastfeed just as well as larger breasts, if and when the time comes.

Women who are unhappy with their breast size can try experimenting with certain bras or tops that are designed to make breasts appear fuller, or concentrate on accentuating the parts of their bodies that they consider their best features.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
