Your Question:

Dear Experts,

I have a problem when I am with my girl friend sometimes I ejaculate without no intercourse.

Chicano415

The Answer:

Dear Chicano415,

It's normal for a guy to ejaculate without having vaginal intercourse. There are many forms of sex play that can cause a guy to ejaculate. There are even a few guys who ejaculate just from having sexy thoughts and fantasies.

Ejaculation occurs when a sticky liquid spurts out of an erect penis if a man gets sexually excited. There comes a point in male sexual excitement when ejaculation can no longer be stopped or postponed. That time is called "ejaculatory inevitability."

Some guys experience premature ejaculation, which means that they ejaculate before they want it to occur. They can't control their response to the stimulation that triggers ejaculation. This is also called early ejaculation. Up to 30 percent of guys experience early ejaculation at some time.

Being very excited, fear and anxiety about sex, alcohol and drug use, and depression may cause early ejaculation. Open communication with a partner about likes and dislikes, and paying attention to sensation — to slow down the process of getting to the point of ejaculatory inevitability — during sex play can help guys delay ejaculation.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
